Cheryl works at Southern Illinois surgical Appliance in West Frankfort Illinois in AP department I work at Aisin Mfg. in Marion. Im a Injection department team leader in injection molding and training to be a technition. Her duties she performs are fueling of the bike for every run, proper fork & tire pressure. Starting line "Sweet spot", Staging/return road towing etc. Also she does some mechanical work with me as needed. Hopefully we wont have to do much of that:)

The History Of Our Race Team
We started on a 1984 Kawasaki GPz 1100 streetbike where we captured 2 consecutive track championships at I-57 drag strip near Benton Illinois in 1992 & 1993. We were very competitive up to 1996 when we bought the racebike. We did very well off the bat & in only our 3rd race ever on it we took it to Atlanta Dragway in Commerce Georgia where we qualified # 15 in a field of  54 bikes in Super Gas class in AMA Prostar. We raced one more that year qualifying well, but could not make rounds like we wanted to. For the 1997 season, we wanted to do something different. We found we had a good combonation to run (IDBA) International Drag Bike Association's Super Eliminator class. Over the course of five seasons, with the help of Marco Andressen mainly, and Billy Vose, we put together a great combo for B/XG & B/A classes. Our engine size factored into B nicely! Over 5 seasons, we kept modifying the engine & chassis to stay competitive. We ammased 40 National records in the class while winning the S/E #10 in 1997 #5 in 98 & 99 #2 in 2000 & finally #3 in 2001. Rookie of the year honors were given to us in 1998. Our best year was 2000 where we narrowly lost the #1 plate to Veteran Brad Mattei.
